Plaintiff seeks divorce from defendant on the ground as alleged in her petition of "such cruel and inhuman treatment as to endanger the life and health of plaintiff and that she is in fear of injury at defendants hands." There are no children. There is no controversy as to property division nor alimony, the court having made an equitable division of property, and allowing no alimony. Defendant filed a cross-petition for divorce, but dismissed it before trial. The trial court granted a divorce to plaintiff, and defendant has appealed.
